POWERHEADS has re-engineered the Ford forged lightning crankshaft and increased the stroke to 4.380’’. All cranks are heat treated, detailed, precision ground, straightened to perfection and “Nitride” coated for durability. These “BOSS” cranks can handle over 1100 HP. You have a choice of H BEAM ( heavy boost ) or I BEAM ( na/light boost ) 4340 forged connecting rods. STAGE 1 = Probe 2618 alloy forged pistons with “tool steel” wrist pins are good to 850 HP along with Total Seal plasma moly rings and Federal Mogul “A” series engine bearings.
