All engine
blocks are AUSTRALIAN CLEVELAND, renowned for their increased structural integrity compared to US blocks.
Next they are treated to our exclusive “BLOCK BLUEPRINT” machine process which includes
LINE HONE with main studs installed, bore and hone with our new SUNNEN
SV-10 and CBN parallel surfacing of all cylinder decks. Performance
cam bearings are installed along with all water & oil plugs. Rotating
assembly is balanced to .2 grams per inch ( NASCAR ) specs on our CWT
3000 engine balancer. TOTAL SEAL plasma moly rings, CLEVITE engine bearings,
double roller timing chain set and custom flat tappet hydraulic camshaft
completes the part list. All parts are carefully inspected, checked for
fitment and clearances verified PRIOR to assembly
